The total supply of modern industrial space in and around Belgrade is over 800,00 sqm but southern Serbia has also come onto the radar screen of investors in recent months. 3PL companies clearly form the backbone of demand for modern sheds in Serbia but it’s benefiting from a shortage of labor in the rest of Central Europe that’s pushing manufacturers to explore new markets. This event will explore both the end user side of the equation as well as who the players are who are now willing to take on development risk in Serbia and the conditions they’re likely to encounter working with local officials on their investments.
Five CED-Logic forums in Belgrade, Budapest, Bucharest, Prague and Warsaw, will be held during September 2017 to February 2018, with a focus on each countries local logistics market, with a broad cross-section of influential local and international experts, as well as key figures from corporate end users, property developers, investors and city officials. Each forum will focus on the healthy growth of the sector and how best to overcome the current barriers. Special focus will be paid on setting priorities for transport infrastructure, the future of the industry in design and concept.
