Poland continues to produce a remarkable volume of new supply each year, as investors find ways to exploit not just its physical size but its depth in human resources. With new growth in the automotive sector expected to launch soon, this dynamism looks set to continue. In addition, the country’s logistics providers are still overseeing the shift to omnichannel retailing, which is resulting in countless new warehouse facilities. For developers, this means that requirements in the tens of thousands of square meters of new space will continue to emerge in the immediate future.
Five CED-Logic forums in Belgrade, Budapest, Bucharest, Prague and Warsaw, will be held during September 2017 to February 2018, with a focus on each countries local logistics market, with a broad cross-section of influential local and international experts, as well as key figures from corporate end users, property developers, investors and city officials. Each forum will focus on the healthy growth of the sector and how best to overcome the current barriers. Special focus will be paid on setting priorities for transport infrastructure, the future of the industry in design and concept.
